Year 4 is a very exciting year packed full of amazing topics and memorable experiences!

Daily, we will have Reading, Writing and Maths sessions. In reading, we will look at whole class texts including some extracts of poetry. In writing we will cover a variety of genres throughout the year in lots of exciting ways. In maths we will look at all the key areas and concentrate on ensuring children have a solid understanding of their x tables up to 12 x 12.

Afternoon sessions will consist of great topics covering curriculum areas such as Science, History, Geography, PE, Music, DT, PSHE, Art, French and Computing.

Our P.E day is Thursday and our Games day is Wednesday (Autumn 2/Spring 2/Summer2).
